iPodWorks

Does anybody know what happened to iPodWorks? I was looking for an app that was similar to (and cheaper than) iPod.iTunes, and saw that some users around the internet had suggested iPodWorks. Then, upon Googling it and searching both MacUpdate and VersionTracker, it was nowhere to be found. Any thoughts?

...Or does anyone know of an app that syncs iPod and iTunes libraries with each other, but costs less than iPod.iTunes (preferably free)? Thanks.

Yeah... That's it. Feelin' kinda dumb, now... I'm just gonna go install PodWorks on my Book and see if it does what I need it to with my Pod... Haha thanks.
