Hey I jailbroke my 8GB ipod touch and add the http://ipodtouchmaster.com/files/repo.xml repo but I do not see anything new in the app list. Is this repo down right now by some chance?

working for me, try doing a refresh of sources a couple times

Alrite it is working now, but there is no option for the 1.1.4 firmware yet. Are they working on it?

go to the catergory called mobile jailbreak has both 1.1.3 and 1.1.4 jailbreaks
