What is Apples return policy on refurb'd 2018 iPP wi-fi models?

Understood that I have 14 days to return it from the date received but is there a re-stocking fee if the box is open & the IPP is LIGHTLY used & who pays the return shipping on refurb's?

Apple has never charged restocking fees. Ever...
 
Prior to 2011 they did have *some* restocking fees but not since from what I discovered.

That said nothing definitive that I could find on refurb'd units hence my post here & in an unanswered email to APPL.
