Not sure if there is one but wouldn't this be a good idea. Have a inferred (IR) transmitter hardware device that is wi-fi. Then have an iPhone/iPad App that controls it. Have a setup software interface to configure your devices and learn remote codes. Then you could setup/control and run macros to control your HT (any IR remote device) from your iPhone/iPad. With an iPad you could have a Crestron (super high end) looking setup for a fraction of the price. You would need.

Hardware: IR transmitter with wi-fi support.
Software: Setup/configuration program similar to Pronto, Universal Remote or Harmony configuration software.
    App: an App for that.

There is a company called ThinkFlood and they have created a device that does exactly this! its pretty slick!!

they are also making a "MINI" verson that plugs into the headphone jack and emits a IR signal and supposedly it will be less than $50 for that mini device

the Wifi to IR one is $188 with free shipping

if you follow this link there is a 15% off discount :)
