I've been looking for just a general chat room to kill time in. Is this chat possible on an iPad?
There is an IRC client called Colloquy available for iOS. I use it to pop in when I'm on my iPad or iPhone every once and awhile.
I've noticed that these irc clients aren't free. You know, way back when, we could just have free chats on web sites. When did all this irc stuff come about and why isn't it as easy as plugging in a free chat room on your forum?
