Suppose I could have put this in the Applications section of Mac Software forum section, but figured no one who's interested in it would read there, so here it is:

http://nolobe.com/iris/

Introducing Iris

Designed from the ground up specifically for Mac users
, Iris provides a powerful, intuitive, and easy-to-use solution for all your photo editing needs.

Says it's PPC & Intel capable, but only OS X 10.5 :(.

Can't find any other sys requirements like how much of a RAM hog would it be, nor is there any mention of RAW support.

Anyone use this, compared it to PS Elements, which can use Camera RAW?

Would you buy it over PS Elem., if you didn't need RAW support, say someone with just a PnS digicam?

There's a demo d/l but I haven't done that yet ;).

It's kind of hard to know what it is about; there is really no information. the screenshots just show 3 different photos, they really don't show how the app works, or its features.

I don't know...but I am interested if anyone else has an opinion on it.
