IronWolfPro Drive issue can claim warranty?

a brand new IronWolfPro 14TB drive, it just shows up failing in SMART info, is this normal?
Can I claim warranty for this kind of situation？thanks a lot

DoA, return the drive or open RMA. This will be replaced without issue.
Statistically drives either die immediately or after a very long time. It lookalike yourselves fits the first category.

Also looks like your Drive gets rather hot, check airflow in your case!
 
Thanks a lot, it is really wired, I check again today the problem is gone. why is this.....
