so i have a macbook with my itunes library with about 10,000 songs.. i have my 32 gb iphone 4s with that same amount of music. Recently i bought three movies and wanted to put them on itunes. so i went through my iphone and deleted the music that i didnt want so that it would free up some space. Now i realized since the movies are on my computer i have to sync. it will try to sync my music back on there and i really dont want that. I also want to delete the music on my computer that i deleted on my iphone. I know this is alot so what do i do????? HELP!

Delete the music that you no longer want in iTunes, then it obviously can't be synced back to the iPhone.

Then you can sync the movies.

Select the music you want to sync, rather than just having it automatically do all of it.

    you can either

    1. make a playlist that contains all the music you want on your phone, then tell itunes to sync only "Selected playlists, artists, albums and genres" then select that playlist. then managing what's on your phone is just handled by modifying that list.

    2. on the summary page there is an option to "only sync checked songs and videos", uncheck the songs you don't want to sync, (you can select a group of songs, then right click, there are "check selection" and "uncheck selection" options there)

    3. if you really want to loose the songs for good, just delete them from itunes.

on all of these options if you have iTunes match, you can restore the songs to your iPhone from anywhere. (#3 requires you to have enabled match before you delete them, and you can also re-download them into iTunes if you decide you want them again later.)
