Is 12.2 in UK I have an "Apple Cash"

After 12.2 update on my iPhone iPad until yesterday 2 Apple pay cash in wallet asking to be setup.

Today I only have 1, bit on clicking it says something about US financial regulations. So is this a mistake and not available in UK yet?

If it's US only why is it in my wallet and how do I get rid of it for now?

What is it for just for sending money in iMessage?

It's all ready to go but I think Apple and UK banks are thrashing it out for a deal and choosing the right bank/testing. It's in other European countries. I'm sure it will be ready before the UK Apple Credit card launch.
