I would say no. Concerns are battery health and software update (it’s been 6 years anyway).

Anyway you could check the battery health? If it is very low you will be tied to the charger Or looking for a battery replacement.

Decent deal. Has to be in like new condition. But it’s a prudent and frugal choice. That iPad is more than powerful enough and has pro motion and 4 speakers. You won’t be disappointed if you’re coming from anything lesser than an iPad Pro.
