Is it even possible to have a FICO score in excess of 750 with only 4 months of credit history? I think duration of credit history is one of the important criteria in the FICO equation and having only 4 months should peg the score in the 600s.
 
most likely no, and it really depends if your creditors are even reporting to the three major credit bureaus... in most cases your creditors won't report that you made a payment on time.
