is 50% after 97 cycles of battery health normal?

My UMBP has 98% health after 70 cycles.

Award goes to my old white MB though, 321 cycles, 100% health! It can still survive 5 hrs of browsing on wifi.
 
Batteries are considered consumables and therefore are only covered for one year; that's not to say they won't replace it, but they don't have to.
