Is a 2015 rMBP worth it?

Debating this myself. I already ordered a refurb 2015 but still not convinced I'll keep it. The one I ordered was a 13" 2.7 GHz i5 with 256 storage. I'm also considering the refurb 2.9 GHz with 512 GB storage or a refurb 15" with AMD Radeon R9 M370X.

Are the refurb 15" less value than the refurb 13"? And if going the refurb route, would maxed out specs be better?
 
I picked up both 13 and 15 refurbished from last year. They both came sealed in new boxes...

I am leaning towards the base 15 as I think it offers the most value. 13 is great too but the new 13 is only 300 more while the new 15 is 800 more for me. Canadian prices.
 
I wouldn't mind going the refurb path, but the problem is that currently, it's all i5's. I would really prefer i7's (especially as my current 2011 MBP is an i7).
