Is an ATV 3 in iCloud device list present?

Hey,

I've never looked before for this case but since I updated iPhone to iOS13 and Mac to Catalina my HomeKit didn't work anymore. So I set it up from scratch, resettet my ATV3 and still can't manage any smarthome devices out of my WIFI. I do not know if this isn't possible anymore with an older ATV3 or something is still wrong since I can't see my ATV in the device list on my Mac, Phone, Web etc.
