Neither an ethical orthopedic doc or a radiologist or an x-ray technician is going to attempt to make any sort of diagnosis over the Internet even if you have an x-ray film or two at hand to share. If you want a second opinion, find someone in your area who can see you in person, examine the affected area and also look at whatever films you've got.

You shouldn't look for diagnosis on the internet, especially on anonymous forums. No serious doc will attempt that.

Also, best way to do this type of requests is "hey look what I found on the interwebs, what do you think this is?". Then you get flooded by a plethora of opinions; you also get a nice animated version by @AngerDanger
