Is anyone else having issues on iOS with taking full page screenshots?

I don’t remember when it quit working (iOS only, iPadOS works fine) - but I’m on beta 14.7.x (latest) on both iPhone 12 Pro Max and iPad Pro 12.9”.
I thought I remembered being able to take full webpage PDF screenshots on both; iPhone and iPad but the options is no longer avail on iOS. And I used the same site - requested desktop as well, nothing works to capture the scrolling screenshot as a whole vs just the display area.

I passed my 11 Pro down to my son and same deal
