Hey I’m having a problem with calls being dropped every couple minutes. Is anyone one else having this issue? Using a Xs and it has been with AirPods and CarPlay.

Over tried with WiFi assist turned on and turned off.

Help, this is driving me nuts!!!!!

I have the same issue on 13.1.2 and a iPhone 11 Pro Max. Driving me insane. About to return my phone for a refund.

We have two iPhone 11 Pro’s and I have one with constant call dropping on Verizon. The other is perfectly fine and both running iOS 13.1.2. Have networked restart to no avail. Not sure the next plan of action since it is past the return date.

Yeah it’s so bad I’m thinking of getting back on the iOS beta train to see if 13.2 will fix it.

Router? Tried turning on airplane mode leave it on but then turn wifi back on. Plus iPhone 11 supports AX which is Wi-Fi 6 and should be strong signal and less interference.

Does it have weak wifi or weak cell signal?

Today I had a call with Apple regarding a broken back glass on my iPhone X and suddenly while talking to the apple employee I heard a strange sound and then the call was dropped. I thought it was some problem on Apple's end but seeing this thread I'm starting to think that it might have been an iOS 13.1.2 bug 🤔

Not talking about on WiFi. It’s when I make cellular calls. I had the WiFi assist on for when I was at home but when I’m out in the car is when I make most of my calls.

I don’t hear any warning sounds. It just says “Call Failed” on the screen.

My work requires being on calls nearly all day, and this week on iOS 13.1.2 I've had multiple issues with calls.

In a few cases the calls dropped altogether.

In other cases, I used the phone to handoff a call to my Mac (on Catalina) and the link was broken, leading me to believe the call was dropped. In these cases, the call was still going, but now just on the phone.

I think it's very buggy but because both MacOS and iOS are new, I don't know where to start to troubleshoot.

All, I moved to the 13.2 beta and placed a call for about 15 minutes and it didn’t drop once. I know that’s a small sample but hopefully it’s a good sign because on 13.1.2 if I had a 15 minute call it would’ve dropped 5 times.

I've had 3 iPhone 11 Pro's since launch-Continuous dropped calls

Replaced Nano Sim with a new Nano Sim followed by a swap to an eSIM.
Fresh Install
Reset Network Settings
Disabled VoLTE
Disabled WiFi Calling
Problem still occurs during calls-Call Failed/Dropped Calls

I've had every iPhone since the iPhone 3G with the same carrier (Telstra Australia) and this has never happened before.

BTW it seems to be only email notifications that cause the call to fail. I can make it happen every time. Can anyone see if they can duplicate the issue. Seems to be iOS 13 not iPhone hardware related.

It might be a band aid solution BUT if you go to
Settings>Mobile>Mobile Data Options >Voice & Data and select 4G,VoLTE off
and also in Mobile turn WiFi calling off and reset network settings that will work until Apple resolve the issue so far it has for me.

Is there a reason you're using a black font? Its nearly unreadable in dark mode on OSX.
