I took mine into an apple authorized retailer (recommend on apple's site) to get my keyboard replacement. They replaced my 12" 2017 MacBook and did a wonderful job. I dropped it off yesterday morning and already got it back this afternoon. Anyway, the replacement keyboard feels more smooth and is quieter than the one I got it replaced with. Has anyone else noticed this about their replacement keyboards? It is also less firm if that makes any sense?
