Is anyone having issues with Podcasts through CarPlay?

I listen to 2 Podcasts. When played through CarPlay, both of them sound like when you have the volume high and running through a bluetooth speaker... if that makes sense. Maybe it's called the gain is high? I'm not sure. Both sound fine when played through AirPods, a bluetooth speaker, bluetooth through my car's HU, and straight through the iPhone's speakers.

I believe this started when I updated to iOS 26 PB. I submitted a bug report but it says no others have reported. Maybe I'm not reporting it correctly.

I’m on the latest ios 26 beta on a 16 pro. Haven't noticed this on the apple podcast app. I use carplay wired with downloaded and streamed podcasts.

Maybe I'll ask on my car's forum page. It might be specific to the model or something.
