Is Apple Care refundable if not used?

If say you bought apple care and have not even opened it and your still within the 14 days of return date, is it refundable?

if it's unused you could also sell it on ebay or something.

You'd probably have to pay the restocking fee, but I don't see why they wouldn't take it back. As long as you have the shrink wrap untouched, you should be fine.

Ditto. Even if you are past the 14 days you can easily sell it on eBay.

I don't see why it couldn't be returned, and I can't imagine them charging a restock fee on Applecare.
