I finally hit checkout on my phone that was in my cart. The checkout went through just fine. Now on to trying to get my wife's phone into the cart and checking her phone out since I wasn't able to get both of them into the cart at once and I was worried about my phone in the cart timing out and/or the session ending.

do you have to be logged into the site to do this?
 
I'm also still getting the order cannot be processes page on the left panel. Aaaaarrrgggghhhh…..

I have all 6 ordered.... but I can still get to the order page and has shipping as an option... hahaha.... keep trying you'll get it.

I can get through every time with my pre order to pick up in store but it shows the shipping option as not available? anyone else getting the same results? I have been at it now since 7:30am est

i wish you could - i can't get to the part where there's a "checkout" option. after hitting "continue" after selecting data plan and sms is where it goes to the "can't finish setup online". clicking on the cart at that point shows "your cart has 0 items" ???

Keep at it, the servers are up, just being bombarded as you can imagine.
 
thanks everyone. i've been trying since 7:30am EST - i don't know which way is up anymore. :confused:

and now the "eligibility" part isn't working anymore. GOOD TIMES!
 
Wow, I tried last night and this morning and it was slow as hell, but I just tried now and it took less than 5 minutes. Good luck to everyone else.
 
I just got my order to go through for home delivery. Still no confirmation email.

Just preordered from the apple site, and they are still claiming June 24 delivery, card got charged, still no confirmation email, assuming thats lagging behind.
 
What data plan is everyone choosing? I'm getting the 15$ plan. I'm just curious if that has anything to do with what screen we're presented with. I highly doubt it though.
 
I reserved my phone through my local Apple store.

But, after 15 hours, I finally got my order through and have one being shipped to me. I've almost never had to work so hard to buy something. I'm punch drunk!
 
Also getting the OOps message - I'm all the way to the last step "Place Order" when it gives me that msg. Guess I'll keep trying....

So I finally got it into my cart, but now I am getting the "Oops!" error when I try to checkout :(
 
I can get as far as the data plan, and then when it goes to processing information, it tell to go to an apple store to preorder! :mad:
