Is Apple Journal covered by Advanced Data Protection?

Hi all,

I'd love to start using Journal, but I'm concerned about privacy in terms of government data requests (thanks, Snowden). Does anyone know if it's covered by Advanced Data Protection? I can't find any info on Apple's website, but I may just be missing it.
