Is Apple mouse the only mouse can scroll 360 degree?

are only the mighty or magic mouse can scroll 360 degree?
are there other brand have these function? like logitech, etc...

I'd like to know this also.
Magic feels a bit too low profile, since I'm used to Mighty's height,
but I definitely will stop trying to clean Mighty's ball.
