Is Apple Music available on OS X?

Whenever I choose Connect or Radio in the latest iTunes I get either an Error Has occurred or (when I select radio stations) it starts to load and then nothing happens. Is this just an El Capitan thing or am I missing something?

This is a current issue that is affecting some. Keep trying to connect and also try some restarts of both iTunes and your computer.
