is Apple still interested in desktop users?

I never felt like this before, but I'm feeling like i'm trap in a proprietary environment

Mac Mini is 817 days OLD
Mac PRO is 1119 days OLD

i need to upgrade my mac ( a mac mini ) but I can't
if Apple isn't interested in PC market they should just sell macOS for custom PC
