With the daylight savings clock change quickly approaching in the US is the daylight savings bug still a concern?

it's a whole new OS this year
I'm sure apple is better about testing now
and i don't think it's been the same bug, just similar bugs that popped up a couple times.

There was a recent daylight savings bug in Apple watches in Australia.

Yes it’s an issue! Woke up this morning and my phone/watch didn’t switch over. Had to toggle settings to fix it.
