Yes, I believe so and I have recommended it here multiple times. The source code can be downloaded from Github and built. Although the code is not as neat as I would like, it does not appear to do anything crazy.

I just got it, turned on snitch firewall, it asked 3 things, https on 443 to the apps' web site for updates, a support apple.com site, and adobe's .com web site.
