Just so everyone is clear, taking the student discount when you don't qualify under the terms, whether Apple checks or not, whether they care or not, is fraud. Apple could sue you in tort. In some states you might be subject to criminal prosecution. And under any commonly recognized moral code, it is wrong, or a sin, or what have you. You are making a false representation, upon which Apple relies to its detriment. Put simply, you are lying. If you are okay with that, well, great, you can save some money. Like I said, not passing judgment, but if you care about things like following the law or not lying, that is the situation.
