Is GM being pushed OTA to devs?

I haven't gotten it yet, but see so many threads talking about GM.

I've been away. Did I miss something?

Nope, you have to install the GM through iTunes using the .ipsw. Apple never issues the GM as an OTA.

Strange, a very fast "GM OTA" search brought up a few threads talking about this.

Who would get the OTA annoucement? All or just registered devs.
