Not live. Its all on demand so they will most likely add the new episodes the night it aired

As I understand it, it is available within an hour of airtime. I don't know if that's airtime locally, or East Coast. As a West Coast dweller, I hope for the for the latter, but expect the former.

If it's locally then just changing the timezone on the ATV might be enough.

Hbo go always aired at the same time or a minute or two later on everything I watched. When I took a trip to the west coast with my Apple Tv it still aired at the same time. So if it aired at 8pm Central it would air at 6pm Pacific time there.
