Did you look through the site?

Their tutorial makes it pretty clear that it's another profile installer that redirects you to their 'app' store. Being redirected to things only available from them is hardly a jailbreak.

Weird, because it was saying that it was a Luca Todesca's site and tool for jailbreaking directly from the phone without a computer. And it is actually a link from the Yalu site.
