Is InputManagers-Tiger correct for Leopard?

Thats the question. I'm on Leopard but notice in the Library folder the folder entitled InputManagers-Tiger. I'd like to know if that is necessary to keep now that I have Leopard and, if not, is it okay to delete it?

I hope I am in the right forum for this, and thanks in advance
