Is iOS 10.3 available for iPhone 5C

I have upgraded my 3 iPads to iOS 10.3 with no problem. However, when I check for Software Upgrade for my iPhone 5C I get a message that says "your software is up to date" iOS 10.2.1

Is iOS 10.3 available for the 5C?

Yes, it is. I loaded it on my 5C last night. I had to connect to iTunes, in order to update.

I also had this problem. Update via iTunes. Just make sure you update your iTunes to the latest version as well.

I would've just installed the iOS Software Beta Profile from Apple

Weird mine was an OTA. However I had no SIM in it and was in airplane mode with Wi-Fi.

Looks like I'm stuck with this problem also. I can't use iTunes as my computer is kaput.

You'll have to find a computer with the latest iTunes installed then.
