Is iOS 5.0 (9A334) GM same as the general release?

I updated to the GM release for my IP4 GSM last week. When I connect to iTunes it says it is the latest. Is this the case or are there any differences with the public released iOS5.0?

GM stands for gold master. They are the same build.
