Is iOS 7 designed for white iPhones?

All of the promo videos for iOS 7 are shown with white iPhones, and having tested it on a black iPhone 5 it looks terrible. Anyone thinking of going white for the next iPhone?

It seems to me they're moving away from sleek black to colourful white.
