I watched a YouTube video
and there it says at 1:09 that iPad mini 2 won't be supported anymore…but um…It's not actually 32bit device or is it?

Nothing is known at the moment, so there's not much to say one way or another until Apple covers it all (and even then they sometimes tweak things in the early days as far as what might or might not be eligible and/or what some eligible devices might or might not get).

Yeah but in the video it says 32 bit devices. I don't ...Eh…Maybe he's not as knowledgeable then.

iPad mini 2 is not a 32 bit device. So you can hope on that.
Yeah, hopefully he was wrong and hopefully iPhone 5s will be supported as well. (I guess it will be, because iPhone 4 - iOS 7 and iPhone 4s - iOS 9) because I really want to run the latest apps.

I saw this video yesterday. I thought we were going to talk about iOS 11 :p

I think he just made an error and he meant to say iPad mini.

EverythingApplePro is a great youtuber but like anyone else he sometimes makes mistakes in his videos.

He also mentioned that iPad 3rd Gen will be dropped whereas in fact it have already been dropped with iOS 10.

Yup. Mini 1. Mini 2 will likely be supported this year, but not next year.

get your facts right the mini 1 is done the mini 2 is going too get drop with IOS 11 so will the iphone 5 and 5C and ipad 4 they will all so not get IOS 11 has they are 32 bit phones and ipads there a small ch of iphone 5S and iphone 6 not getting IOS 11 due too haveing 1GB of ram even no there 64 bit phone

IPad mini 2 has the A7 processor and is 64bit. Therefore I expect it to receive iOS 11. Iphone 5 and 5c have A6 processor and are 32 bit.

Maybe will be supported next year , maybe not . Not certainly not
Even if it is supported in iOS 12, I wouldn't bother updating. A7 has already gotten too long in the tooth and subsequent updates will likely just slow it down. We're talking about a device that's ~67% slower in terms of CPU and ~75% slower GPU compared to A9X.

iPad mini 2 has the 64-bit A7 CPU/1GB RAM same as the original iPad Air.

So what facts aren't straight?

I don't know if Apple will drop A7 next year. If Apple follows the pattern, it will receive IOS 12. And it will be the last update for A7.
Question : Will Apple continue to give an extra year for S models ? Only time will tell.
