I've had an iPad 3 since launch day and I often experience lagging jumpy scrolling on web pages. Is this the result of the retina display with an underpowered processor? It doesn't happen all the time, but it does happen a lot. I went to the Apple store to try out the new ipad4 but wasn't able to reproduce the problem. Does anybody know if its been improved with the 4?

I have experienced a "not so smooth" scrolling screen twice and it disappeared as quick as it appeared. I think some sites are just over taxing the CPU while trying to scroll. The faster processor in the 4 should be more than enough to handle this. It is to a big deal. I am most interested in the promised "faster Internet speeds", but that will be subjective in measurement.
