So I want to give a presente to my grandmother she struggles using her android. I think apple iPhone os is great. So i'm planning to give her an iphone se 256gb she useses a load of storge because her friend send videos in whatsapp

Do you think is a good choice?

Does she rewatch the videos? That seems a large amount of storage if not.
 
256 is a lot; but if you want to give it to her and never think about it again, it’ll do.

I’d try to avoid the 2020 SE though, its battery life isn’t going to be up to spec long term for her. Try to get a 2022 SE.

My son does well with his SE 2020. In fact we just finished paying it off this month. His is a 256GB model too. My daughter has the 64GB SE 2020 which we got her last year. Coming from a 6s with a bad battery she had to adjust to the fact that she wasn't plugging her phone in all the time - and she is easily the one in our family that uses the most GBs.

@Mardiel8128, if you have an iCloud subscription you could add your grandmother to Family sharing and she'd also have access to the amount of storage you are subscribed to.

Both my son and daughter have access to my 2TB iCloud sub.
