Is it a good idea for me to run parallel?

I have a base model of 11inch MBA with 2GB of RAM and 64GB of SSD.

When I try to access, I can only hear the audio but can't see the video. Tried all different browsers and codec available still doesn't work.

I understand the video is in wmv format, which means I will have no problem to play it in Windows. Therefore, I'm thinking about running Windows just so I can stream bloomberg tv online.

My question is if I were to run parallel on my Mac, is 2GB of RAM sufficient so there won't be any lags? If 2GB of RAM is not enough and I install bootcamp, how much space do I need to reserve for Windows 7?

    Thanks in advance.
