Does it work like that though? I think these credit card warranties are straightforward when it's just manufacturers for 1 year. I think when a product has 2 years, it will still just add only 1 year on. And lastly, if you're doing a 3 year extended, you may get nothing additional on. I could be wrong (and hope I am! I paid for my entire new 16" MBP w/ my Citi Simplicity card which may have a chance of having a similar perk).
Mine is as described last I looked.

However - different cards from the same company can vary in the offered benefits - so a Citi Simplicity and a Citi Doublecash and a Citi Costco may all have slightly different benefit programs.

My sister is a Starbucks employee and invited me to share her employee discount, a 16" MBP that sells on Apple.com for $2,799 is going for $2,631 with her discount applied.

College discount or B&H/Adorama would be cheaper...

I haven't bought/sold anything on eBay in 10 years due to how super sketchy it seems now. I recently stumbled upon a fellow Macrumors member linking to a store front on eBay selling a MBP for $400 off the MSRP at Apple. That seems almost to good to be true. How can I make sure that I'm not about to buy something that's stolen or a knockoff?
