I currently have a mid 2014 high end 15" MBPr and a 9.7" iPad Pro. I thinking of replacing my mbpr with with a refurbished high end late 2015 27" iMac. Do you think its a good idea to do the upgrade to a refurbished late 2015 27" iMac or should I wait what Apple has to offer at WWDC?

I just did (well, 2 weeks ago).
At this point you would be well within the return period if they announce something. I don't think anyone is really expecting any new iMac releases until sometime in October. So, if you can hold off that long, then wait, otherwise, order away! Personally, I couldn't wait, my previous iMac died.

The WWDC keynote is on Monday, it wouldn't hurt to wait a couple days. But I wouldn't expect any new iMacs until the fall.
As of this posting, WWDC is tomorrow, why not just wait the day and then make an informed decision.
