Pretty silly.

The 5S is much better value for money - much more power, much nicer design, better camera and Touch ID for a rather small difference in price.

Who with a iPhone 5s actually used the finger print scanner? I used it for about a week just like Siri and it didn't work 70% of the time and never bothered with either again.

The iPhone 5c is a great phone. I would buy it used you can get one for $200-300 on craigslist/ebay depending on your area. I say it would be stupid to get on contract even for free or for 30 bucks like I see them a lot. The extra 15 - 25 you'd have to pay to have them for 2 years (360 or 600 depending on your plan over the life of your contract). If your signing a new contract I'd wait for the new phone to come out.

My fiancé has a 5c and I have a 5s and don't really see much of a difference. My camera is slightly better and I have the finger print scanner. Games are slightly better then on her phone but you don't need a 64 bit processor to play angry birds or flappy bird.

I believe, in my case, it makes sense to sign a new contract with a free phone*. I'm still in the att unlimited plan and the cost is nearly $65/month. The last quote I received in the new set of plans put me in the $80/month range. Probably getting off topic though..

*the 5c is fine enough for me.

I've had the chance to try the 5s for like 2 weeks and it always worked and I loved it, there's either something wrong with your phone or with your fingers

if you are going to sign another 2 year contract then I say wait till they announce the iPhone 6 or till June 2nd. If its not announce at WWDC then it won't be announced for another 3 months at the earliest. Which might be too long for you to wait. The iPhone 5c is the iPhone 5 with a ****** plastic case so its already a 19 month old phone. In 2 years......... even worse. Pay the extra 100 or w/e it is and get the 5s. If you have a iPhone and give it to best buy or Apple I am positive that the trade in covers your upgrade.

You are getting a great deal if you have unlimited plan for 65 tho. My friend is on the 2gb plan at At&t and pays that much and he had to bring in his own phone.
