Is it advisable to use bootcamp assistant to create a partition on a SSD

    I think bootcamp assistant tries to defray your hard drive so it will damage an SSD right?? So is it advisable to use bootcamp assistant to create a bootcamp partition on an SSD, if not how do i do it??

    Sure why shouldn't it. Works flawlessly.
    Only works for one partition thus if you wan't more than one extra OS or more than 2 partition you will need to use something else.

    No, it doesn't defrag anything, whoever told you that is plain wrong.

    good, my roommate told me that it defrags too. Am gonna go ahead with it. thnx
