I just started messing with web fonts this week, and it seems really nice to make sure all your viewers will have the same experience without having to stick to the usual "web safe" fonts.

But, is it advisable using web fonts for business websites? Are there any cons to using them?

    Thanks.:)

The only cons I know of, are not using them - your website may not render exactly the way you want it, if a font is not available for the person viewing the site.

Convert some of the verbiage to images if you want to stick with a certain non standard font.

Definitely use them. Almost all browsers now support the web font CSS3 standard just supply some alternative fonts just incase you have anyone using an outdated browser can still read the text. Look at Microsoft as an example, they use their Segoe font and it looks great.
