I don't really care, but in my opinion it will be iPhone 6 and iPhone 6S Plus.

Hopefully they'll stop using lower case letters for the letter after the number. Using it for the 5s was OK, but retrospectively renaming the 3GS and 4S with a lower case was a bit weird. And then not using them consistently.
