Is it me or does 2.0 iPod software not remember where an audio track left off when you switch to a video and then go back to your previous audio selection. On 1.1.4, I used to start playing music (on the street, while moving) then switch over to a video (in the subway) then back to my audio exactly where I left it. Now this doesn't seem to work. Any one else seeing this new behavior?

There is no setting that I know of. I thought of it as an unannounced feature. The best that I can do with my 3G and 2.0 is it goes back to the last album played if you flip the iPhone into landscape mode (iPod coverflow). It goes back to the beginning of the album ie first track. I know there is a setting for video to go back to last played.

I'm going to check out my girlfriends 1.1.4 gen 1 iPhone tonight to see if it's acting the way I'm expecting it to.
