So, I put multiple Samsung 970 EVO blades in my MP, and they all have heatsinks. However, iStat reports that they are all around 85 degrees celcius. That seems really hot?

Thanks so much for your replies guys.

So, I did what tsialex suggested and installed DriveDx, and here are the temperatures it displays:

Could it be as simple as iStat displaying temps in Fahrenheit?

Did you changed iStat Menus to Celsius? iStat Menus don't support MP7,1 yet, so maybe it's a bug somewhere if you are using Celsius.

So I just uninstalled/reinstalled iStat, set the "Degrees:" option to Celsius again and now it displays the correct temperature. 🙄

Man I practically had a heart attack when seeing those temps...
