Hello, I’m a longtime iPhone user and I’ve just bought my first ever Apple Watch, a Space Gray Series 11 42mm.
I’m very happy with it, I only have a small complaint regarding the Smart Stack.
I’ve set up a few widgets there, like weather, daily walking distance, heart rate and sleep data.
I’ve noticed that while weather and heart rate update automatically multiple times a day, the distance widget often shows data from several hours ago, and the sleep widget also takes a long time to display anything.
If I manually open the apps they show the correct stats, but the whole point of widgets is to quickly access that data, right?
I’m not expecting updates every five minutes, but “ten hours ago” seems excessive. The same goes for the sleep widget showing no data even when I’ve been awake for hours.
Eventually they do update, but not very often. At that point it’s easier to just open the apps and check the info there.
Has anyone else experienced this?
I’m on 26.3, by the way.
Thank you!
