Is it normal for third-party apps to not be able to open or load?

This is a very common complaint and only time will tell to see if this gets fixed.

Try deleting all of your music from your phone then repair your apple watch.

Normal, no. Common, yes. For me, its not most, its more "some" and "some of the time". Any apps that constantly don't load I just remove.

I have issues with 3rd party apps once in a while. Restart of the watch fixes the issue. Shouldn't be happening but its still a work in progress product so you gotta hang in there a bit sometimes.
