Is it normal - screen shadowing?

Hey guys,

I've noticed, for several months, when I run my MBA 13'' on low screen brightness (three boxes), I see a number of shadowing effects at the bottom of my screen - is that LCD bleeding?

However, when I run on max brightness, it disappears. Is this normal?
